Christmas at Meadow Croft is one of our great events and fundraisers.
Gene Horton has been the Chair Person for quite some time and would like to pass the baton on to someone else so he can work on other exciting events.
Please take a moment to consider volunteering to take over.
Of course, Gene will be only a phone call away to assist.
Here’s what’s needed:
Chair-person’s responsibilities:
Organize the event and set up committees.
Refreshments; Music; St. Nicholas; Decorator Volunteers to decorate each room;
Exhibits Upstairs; Publicity; Raffles, Parking; Friday night reception; Invitations:
Committees are the key to success!
