SMALL CRAFT BUILDING
More than 30 sail & powerboats are housed in what was once a W.W.1 US Navy seaplane hanger. On display are iconic catboats by Gil Smith, the one-design Narrasketuck by Wilbur Ketcham, the Herreshoff 12 1/2 and many others.
THE BAYMAN’S COTTAGE
This cottage is decorated inside and out with original architecture and furnishings making it totally realistic living quarters, just like the abundant cottages on Long Island used by baymen in the late 1800’s.
FRANK F. PENNEY BOAT SHOP
Originally constructed in Center Moriches, this is one of nine historic buildings on the grounds. You can visit all of them when you’re here.
